Click Channels in the left menu, open your private channel and go to the Listeners tab. Everyone with access is listed, with when they were added and how many times they’ve played an episode. A green dot on someone’s initial means they’ve listened in the last 30 days.
Actions for each listener
The icons at the end of each row:
- Link: copy the listener’s personal feed address, for example to help them set up an app you don’t have a button for.
- Envelope: resend their invitation email.
- Person with a minus sign: remove their access.
Click a listener’s name to see their details and every channel they can access.
Remove someone’s access
Click the red Revoke access icon beside them and confirm. They come off the list, their personal feed stops working straight away, and they stop getting new episode emails. Everyone else keeps listening.
